Body Fat %: 22.9
Water Weight %: 54.3

Hips: 37


Total weight lost: 3.4 lbs
Total inches lost: 2 inches


I was happy with my results considering I didn't follow the meal plan that was outlined on the booklet. I tried to stay within the calories, carbs and fats recommended each day though.

The exercises were good. Bum Bum was hard but manageable. Cardio Axe was my favorite!

I think I'm ready for the Slim and Lift program for 30 days!
